How To Enter

The Bright Ideas in Health Awards 2012 will be launched in February.

The awards are open to all NHS employees in the North East region and celebrate their innovation and creativity.  Entries are also welcomed from GPs in the region.

Entries will be placed into one of the following categories:

(1) Innovative Technology or Device 
(2) Service Improvement
(3) Training & Education Materials

If you have a new idea that could be valuable to the NHS or that benefits patient care, do not reveal details of your invention in any way to a third party (e.g. friends, family, associates, colleagues or companies) before seeking advice. Disclosure of an idea, even by word of mouth, could seriously limit its value to you and the NHS.
