These ideas could be anything, from a new piece of nursing equipment, an improvement to existing laboratory equipment or simply a better way of interacting with a patient. We aim to help good, original ideas that will bring about real benefits to the NHS.
Using our specialised knowledge in the protection of the intellectual property associated with these ideas or innovations, we help North East NHS Trusts to maximise the potential of their ideas and develop them into successful products and services, thus improving patient care, generating revenue for the trusts and the inventor.
